Matt leads the Sustainable Collection Services (SCS) team at OCLC, which develops and implements GreenGlass. Prior to joining OCLC, Matt held senior-level positions at Blackwell Book Services, ebrary, and ProQuest. Matt was also a selection-to-access workflow consultant at R2 Consulting, where he helped academic libraries of all sizes optimize the processes they use to build collections for their users. Matt is particularly interested in transforming data into insights that help libraries advance their mission. Matt holds a MBA from Washington State University.
