Community Program Manager

As Community Program Manager, Susan works to define community engagement approaches across product communities and manages the OCLC Community Center online platform. Working previously as Community Manager for the EZproxy and Resource Sharing communities, she loved connecting with library staff to learn about individual libraries’ and communities’ needs then helping those community members share their knowledge with others. Now she has the chance to work with all communities and gain knowledge of members’ diverse needs, by coordinating with the team of Community Managers to gather member feedback on virtual engagement opportunities and enhancement suggestions for the Community Center. She’s always looking for new approaches to help members connect with each other and OCLC in meaningful ways, so find her in the OCLC Community Center to share your ideas!
