Nancy Lensenmayer

Program Director, Education and Professional Development

Nancy manages the IFLA/OCLC Early Career Development Fellowship Program, a professional development program targeted at early career librarians from developing countries. Nancy works with global library leadership programs, hosts OCLC campus visitors, and liaisons with library and information science schools. Nancy has held OCLC positions as manager of public services in the OCLC Library, curriculum manager and trainer in OCLC’s Organization Development and Learning, and support and training specialist for reference and discovery services. Prior to joining OCLC, Nancy worked in public and academic libraries. She also has experience as a library consultant and LIS educator, teaching at Ohio Dominican University and the Kent State University School of Library and Information Science.
