Jennifer Vinopal

In her role at OSU, Jennifer supports the development of various commercial and open-source IT projects, digital preservation, web development, content management, and discovery services. Her professional background is in humanities scholarship, library collection development, digital library and digital scholarship initiatives, and library public service. Her research examines various aspects of organizational culture, including methods for communication and strategic planning, management practices for building scalable and sustainable services, the quest for diversity in the library profession, and the value and praxis of intersectional feminist leadership.
